Only once before today have we tracked this ultra portable SSD for any less since it debuted at $93 last year in June. This limited deal drops it closer to the half TB model that’s going for $72 right now.
The SK Hynix Beetle X31 is one of the most portable SSDs out there, that works well with Windows PCs, Macs, gaming consoles, and more. This drive offers sequential read and write speeds of up to 1,050MB/s and 1,000MB/s, and it’s equipped with buffer DRAM for added stability. The Beetle X31 SSD has a small rounded aluminum case, and it weighs just 53 grams and measures out at less than three inches long. Both 512GB and 1TB variants of the Beetle X31 SSD ship with a clear silicone case and a pair of USB connection cables (USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A).
