If you look back the history of iTunes Store gift card deals, it’s not uncommon to have 20% off for a single card. The best deal I’ve seen was 30% off. Buying one getting next 20% off is hardly a deal.

That’s true. In fact, we’ve featured iTunes gift card deals in the past that were up to 50% off. However, all of those deals are currently unavailable so we thought it would be helpful to link our readers to the only current iTunes GC deal on our radar.

You totally got me. I thought Logic Pro X was on sale! Clicked through to the app store and was like “Wait a minute…” Teach me to click through without reading next time. Great suggestion to buy it with a BOGOish iTunes gift card deal. But not really a sale on Logic Pro X. I mean, I guess it’s a sale on everything in the app store if you want to word it that way…

Sorry for the confusion! We’ll consider your input next time we come across a similar deal.

Very misleading. Agreed. Thats 9to5 for you..

Thanks for sharing you input as well. We’ll make some changes so it’s more clear.
