The iPad deals are flying this week, and among as much as $500 off M4 iPad Pro and the return of Prime Day all-time lows on iPad mini 7, we also have the best price to date on Apple’s most affordable current-generation M series iPad at $150 off the list price.

While you can land the casual iPad (A16) starting at $299 shipped – a notable price for a current-gen iPad by just about any standards – as well as the iPad mini 7 with Apple Intelligence support starting from its $379 low, you’re not going to get Apple’s M series chips with those models. They effectively run on previous-gen iPhone hardware.

And this is where the M3 iPad Air lineup comes in. It was already the most affordable option when it comes to bringing home a current-generation M series iPad, but the entire lineup has now hit its best prices ever with $150 price drops across every storage capacity and color on both the 11- and 13-inch models at Amazon and Target.

While we are still featuring a wonderful exclusive deal on an M2 model at $299 off the list price, folks looking to score the latest and greatest in Apple’s more budget-conscious iPad Air lineup have never been able to grab the lesser expensive configurations as low as you can right now.

Every single model in the lineup is now $150 off the list prices – this undercuts the $120 price drops we tracked for Prime Day this year by $30 to deliver the best prices ever offered online on all of the most affordable configurations in the lineup, including both the 11- and 13-inch models:

By comparison to the next most affordable current-gen model, the M series delivers significantly more powerful CPU and GPU capabilities, the landscape Center Stage camera, the Smart Connector for Magic Keyboard integration, and Stage Manager – “use Stage Manager to resize windows to look the way you want, see multiple overlapping windows in a single view, tap to switch between apps, and more.”
