Twelve South is launching the latest edition to its lineup of tech accessories today with the new CableStay. Following releases like the PowerBug and PowerCord, the CableStay takes a simple and yet practical approach to organizing your setup, offering a decor-friendly way to keep cables in place.
The band describes the new CableStay as a weighted cable anchor with a premium design. Again it is a super simple basic premise, but one that can come in handy for folks with the need to have a spare USB-C cable at the ready. This isn’t anything particular new – we have seen cable holders and weights from many brands for years, but Twelve South is one of the best in the accessory business and I would imagine this is probably one of the better examples for folks that might require this sort of thing. I also like the idea that the weighted anchor portion features a unique and interesting home decor-like design for those who can appreciate this sort of thing.
