Since getting my own Beatbot Sora 70 to handle pool cleanings for my physically debilitated parents (my father approaching his 80s, and my mother, who deals with spinal disabilities), I’ve been highly impressed and glad to have upgraded their pool to 2026 tech over their former Polaris that is 20+ years old. It’s been covering all that it was designed to – their pool walls, floor, waterline, water surface, and even the lower steps (it can’t clean those not under 8 inches of water).
The 10,000mAh battery inside the robot provides plenty of juice to tackle all those various cleaning needs I mentioned, and even after four hours and 2-3 cycles, it still has plenty of battery to spare – with it able to run for up to seven hours depending on what settings you’ve got activated.
