AirPods Max 2 all-time low at $50 off, previous USB-C set now $150 off

While the Amazon all-time low pricing on Apple’s latest AirPods Pro 3 continues today at nearly 30% off, we are also still tracking the best price ever on the new AirPods Max 2, and now B&H is landing with a deep $150 price drop on AirPods Max (USB-C) – this deal is also matched at Amazon

For today only, B&H is offering AirPods Max (USB-C) for $399 shipped in the purple colorway. This set carried the same $549 list price the latest Max 2 does, and are now $150 less than over at B&H today as pat of its Deal Zone offers.

Now also matched on Amazon at $150 off the original list price, this deal is on par with the lowest price we have ever tracked on this set there.

You are looking at the now previous-generation AirPods Max – the refreshed set with the USB-C port and the same colors as the new Max 2. But considering how rare it has been to see even this set down at $399, it might be a long while before we see the new 2026 Max 2 set at $150 off – they are currently sitting at the Amazon all-time low with $50 in savings

On the surface, the differences between the new set and the Max (USB-C) we are featuring here today are minimal – they basically look identical. The real differences are the inside where Apple is delivering up to “1.5x more Active Noise Cancellation than original AirPods Max,” upgraded adaptive audio and transparency mode, Conversation Awareness tech, Live Translation support, and Voice Isolation – both sets feature the same 20 hours of battery life.

The new Max 2 are certainly a step up in terms of tech, but for those not bothered with that stuff all that much, we wanted to make sure the deep $150 price drop on the previous set was front and center.
