The company has officially confirmed a $100 Ultimate Edition, putting it $20 above the standard version’s $80 price tag. You can, however, grab a $100 PlayStation Store gift card from Newegg right now for $88 with promo code FTTF6933, effectively bringing the PS5 Ultimate Edition down to $88 – just $8 more than the standard version. GTA 6 pre-orders go live tonight
Newegg’s promo on the PS Store gift card is a great way to save on the game, which is less likely to see discounts anytime soon. We will keep an eye on the listings once they go live, but this is a great way to score some early savings on the game, if you’re planning to play it on the PS5. Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S for $79.99, while the $99.99 Ultimate Edition adds a collection of in-game extras tied to Jason and Lucia’s story. That includes the ’95 Grotti Cheetah sports car, matching Hawk & Little Morgan revolvers, engraved versions of Jason and Lucia’s pistols, exclusive outfits and tattoos, and so much more.
The pre-orders, in case you’re wondering, open June 25, which is tonight, with both physical and digital copies supporting pre-loading from November 12.
