INNOCN’s official Amazon storefront is offering its 49-inch 5K2K curved ultrawide gaming monitor for $499.99 shipped for Prime Day. This model originally carried an $875 price tag and has more recently been selling for around $795 at Amazon, making today’s offer a $295 discount from its usual going rate. It also lands it $40 below the previous all-time low we tracked for it during last year’s Black Friday sale. It delivers much of the same big-screen Samsung Odyssey experience without hitting the $1,000 mark, so it’s definitely worth considering if you’re on a tight budget.
This is one of the more affordable monitors out there that lets you add a 49-inch ultrawide display to your setup. It sports a huge 32:9 panel with 5,120 × 1,440 resolution, which is basically like having two QHD monitors side by side without the bezel in the middle. Its 120Hz refresh rate is not aimed at hardcore competitive play, but it is plenty smooth for immersive single-player games that support ultrawide resolutions. It is also a great display for productivity, giving you enough room to keep multiple apps, documents, and browser windows open at once. The monitor also has a clean, understated design, and its stand supports height, swivel, and tilt adjustments to let you really dial in the viewing experience.
