Normally fetching $1,599 since hitting the market in February, we’ve only seen three different sales events offering discounts, which include last month’s Prime Day – all of which cut costs to this same rate. Part of the newest generation of Segway’s Navimow i2 series, the i215 robot brings along much more advanced LiDAR-driven automation and maneuverability to cover up to 0.37 acres before needing to stop and recharge, picking back up after its finished. That LiDAR tech pairs with the brand’s vision dual system for “satellite-free” navigation over the RTK-focused predecessors, as well as AI VisionFence obstacle avoidance that can “detect 200+ obstacle types with 0.4-inch accuracy.” It has a 7.1-inch cutting width and an adjustable height range of two to four inches, complete with in-app smart controls (including a 3D interactive map and Apple Find My security) and voice controls through Alexa and Google Assistant.
