FREE Money: Score a massive 40% off Best Buy gift cards in 60th Anniversary sale

Best Buy’s massive 60th Anniversary event is very much already live and full swing online. This is where you will find the best deals, as we have already highlighted extensively. Alongside the special 1-day online events (today is loaded with Apple deals), and all of the deals you’ll find on the official site’s sale page, there is also a notable in-store portion of the event with some (one) very special offer(s).

Best Buy 60th Anniversary Sale – in-store specials

Again, the best deals are already live right here, however Best Buy is looking to lure folks to its brick and mortar locations this Saturday with some unique offers only available in-store, and some of them actually seem worth it.

FREE Best Buy money

Firstly, and perhaps most notably is some FREE Best Buy money. Best Buy is going to be selling $100 Best Buy gift cards in-store at a massive 40% off only on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

This is effecting like trading money for more money you can spend at Best Buy and almost a no brainer if you can swing the cash this Saturday. We basically never see Best Buy gift cards with a deal like this – the options are near endless in terms of the savings this can yield on future purchases.

As I’m sure you can imagine, this deal is available in “limited quantities” and there are no details from Best Buy on how many of these heavily discounted gift cards are available at each location, so you might want to get to your nearest location as close to opening time as possible for this one.

Limited Pokémon drop

There will also be an in-store only Limited Pokémon drop and here are even less details on this. But if you collect Pokémon TCG you already know how limited this offer is going to be – the best stuff is going to be gone very quickly so get there super early.

Beyond that, the details are particularly vague. See that image above with the TV and MacBook Neo, that’s it. What the deals actually are, we can’t know, but again, if you re out and about anything there peaks your interest, it might be worth popping in just in case.

As for the rest of us, the online deals are already flying right here, and we will leave you with some of this week’s highlights you can score right now:
