Anker debuts new compact Nano Charger Neo with AVS support and up to 65W output for $26

Hot on the heels of debuting the new Burgundy variant of its popular 45W Nano Smart Display charger, Anker is back with the new Nano Charger Neo. This latest model joins the brand’s growing lineup of compact USB-C chargers and brings AVS support to the mix for newer devices like the iPhone 18 Pro lineup. It skips the smart display found on the Nano Smart Display model, but makes up for it with 45W sustained output and up to 65W dynamic charging, using AVS to more precisely adjust voltage and power delivery based on the connected device. The biggest thing to know about the new Nano Charger Neo is that it supports Adjustable Voltage Supply, or AVS. Instead of sticking to a few fixed voltage steps, AVS allows the charger to make finer adjustments to voltage as the connected device requests more or less power. That matters for newer hardware like the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, which can take advantage of higher dynamic charging rates.

The Neo itself is rated for 45W sustained output, but it can dynamically push up to 65W when the connected device calls for it. Anker says the charger can take an iPhone 18 Pro Max to 80% in around 32 minutes, while the higher peak output also makes this useful for iPads, MacBooks, and other USB-C laptops instead of limiting it to phone duty.

There’s only a single USB-C port here, similar to the existing Nano Smart Display model, and you won’t find a display here. That trade-off makes sense at the $26 price point, which we have tracked a few times now for the Nano Smart Display charger. The Nano Charger Neo also uses the brand’s ActiveShield 4.0 system for temperature monitoring. You also get a 180-degree foldable plug, which keeps the overall footprint tidy when you’re throwing it into a bag or tech pouch.
