Amazon’s fall Prime Day sale is now in full swing, and after spending pretty much the entire day digging through deals, there are naturally a few things I’m considering picking up myself. Some are upgrades I’ve been putting off for a while, while others are just the kind of fun accessories that are difficult to ignore once they drop to the right price. From finally replacing my ancient workstation mouse and upgrading my travel charger to potentially making the jump to an OLED gaming monitor, here are a few fall Prime Day deals currently sitting high on my list.

Logitech MX Master 3S
I was hoping we might finally see a solid deal on the newer MX Master 4 for fall Prime Day, but that doesn’t seem to be happening this time around either. The good news is that the MX Master 3S is still a fantastic mouse, and at $79.99 shipped right now, I’m seriously considering finally replacing my age-old LOFREE Touch PBT Wireless mouse that has been pulling workstation duty for what feels like forever. You’re missing some of the newer model’s extras like haptic feedback, but the 3S still gets you Logitech’s excellent MagSpeed scroll wheel, quiet clicks, multi-device support, and the ergonomic shape that made this lineup so popular in the first place.

Anker 100W Universal Nano Smart Display Travel Charger
I’ve been using Baseus’ 70W travel adapter on pretty much all of my recent trips, and it has served me well, but I think it might finally be time for an upgrade. Anker’s new 100W Universal Nano charger immediately caught my attention when it launched last month, mostly because it combines built-in US, UK, and EU plugs with three USB-C ports, one USB-A connection, and enough power to charge a laptop. The 1.3-inch smart display is the fun part, though, showing local voltage, live power output, temperature, and more while you’re using it. It only launched at $80 last month and is already down to $63.99 shipped for fall Prime Day, so this might be the excuse I needed to retire the Baseus model.

GameSir Pocket Taco
This one is less of a necessary upgrade and more of a “this looks way too fun to pass up” purchase. GameSir’s Pocket Taco turns your phone into a tiny vertical handheld with a retro arcade-style control layout, and the whole thing is compact enough to toss into a bag without thinking about it. I particularly like the idea of using it for older games and emulation on the go instead of attaching one of the much larger full-size mobile controllers I already have lying around. It also has a built-in 600mAh battery, pass-through charging, and comes with a travel case, so it feels like the kind of inexpensive accessory I’d actually end up carrying around. The Pocket Taco is down to $27.99 shipped right now for fall Prime Day, which is a great price for a fun little accessory.
- GameSir’s Pocket Taco $28 (Reg. $35)

Samsung 27-inch Odyssey OLED G6
This is easily the most expensive thing on my list at the moment, but also probably the upgrade I’d notice the most every single day. I’m currently using Samsung’s Odyssey G55C with a standard 165Hz IPS panel, and I’ve been thinking about finally making the jump to OLED for a while now. The 27-inch Odyssey OLED G6 looks like a particularly tempting way to do it, with a QHD QD-OLED panel, 240Hz refresh rate, and a 0.03ms response time. Going from my current 165Hz IPS setup to this would be a pretty substantial upgrade for both gaming and everyday use, especially when it comes to contrast and motion clarity. I missed the Woot offer that very briefly had it down at $300 earlier this year, but today’s discounted price at Amazon at $384.99 shipped isn’t necessarily bad either for a reliable OLED monitor.
