With all the amazing deals flying around during Amazon’s Fall Prime Day event, it’s just the right time for me to upgrade several areas of my life, much to the concern of my bank account. My shopping list this year is a mix of home upkeep and security, fun, helping out my older parents, and better equipping myself during trips away from home as much as at home during emergencies. Down below, I’ve outlined all the items sitting in my cart while they are down at their best prices of the year.
Ninja Waffle Maker Pro
I’m a BIG waffle fan (sorry pancakes), but my 15+ year old waffle maker has been on the fritz this year and it’s sadly time to replace it. That’s where Ninja’s Waffle Maker Pro comes in – and it’s currently at the best price of the year for $69.99 shipped. What I really love is the vertical design that takes up less space than my old model, and in my tight kitchen quarters, that is much appreciated. Not only that, but I don’t just have to choose one way to make them, as it comes with five different settings that range from soft and fluffy all the way up to crispy. What’s more is I can multi-task as it cooks, providing me with visual and audio alerts when my 1-inch waffle is ready.
EGO Multi-Head String Trimmer and Edger Combo Kit
I prefer getting yard work done by noon, so after breakfast what better way to cover trimming and edging needs than with a new EGO Power+ 56V 16-inch POWERLOAD String Trimmer and 8-inch Edger Carbon Fiber Multi-Head Combo Kit that comes with 4.0Ah battery? What’s more, it is down at a new all-time low price of $364 shipped! I’ve been admiring EGO’s Multi-Head system for quite a while, and rather than lose more storage space to single-use tools, this handy system can be expanded with a bunch more attachments for a multitude of jobs through the coming seasons. With this setup I get a Power Head that runs everything, alongside a 16-inch POWERLOAD string trimmer attachment and an 8-inch edger attachment – both of which come boasting tougher carbon-fiber construction.
Anker SOLIX F3800 Portable Power Station
I have absolutely been loving my Anker SOLIX C2000 Gen 2 Portable Power Station and highly recommend its compact support, but with my family recently sharing an RV amongst each other, as well as my old pre-war building regularly having power outages, I want to expand my options with the larger F3800 Portable Power Station that is down at $1,710 shipped, when using the exclusive bonus savings code 9TO5DEALS5 at checkout.
With this larger model, I’m not only starting with a 3,840Wh LiFePO4 capacity, but I can continue adding expansion batteries to it as time goes on and scale it up to 26.9kWh, should I want. It brings along 15 port options for connections (6x ACs, 3x USB-Cs, 3x USB-As, 1x NEMA L14-30R, 1x NEMA 14-50R, and a car port), which even covers RV backup when its my turn with the camper. What’s more, those ports deliver up to 6,000W of steady power and surge as high as 9,000W – plus, it has five different recharging options from an AC outlet, solar panels, a gas generator, and more.
roborock 2026 Qrevo Curv 2 Flow Robot Vacuum and Mop
My parents are getting up in age, and as such, can’t handle the daily upkeep for their home as much as they’d like, especially if it entails bending or staying down on their knees for long periods. That’s why I’ve decided to get them the roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow Robot Vacuum and Mop well ahead of Christmas shopping season – plus, it’s currently down at a new all-time low price of $624.99 shipped from a usual $1,000 price tag.
This thing is a true beast when it comes to keeping floors clear and clean, with my favorite feature being the roller mop head that cleans itself while cleaning the floor. It also has 20,000Pa of suction paired with dual zero-tangle brushes for vacuuming, which can handle their home that tends to have four dogs and a cat running around at any given time. They don’t even have to worry about getting involved here, either, as the multi-functional dock station handle self-servicing for emptying the dustbin and water tank, refilling the water tank, cleaning and air-drying the mop, and more.
Segway Max G3 Plus Electric Scooter
I’ve been loving my Segway E3 Pro Electric Scooter to get around, but my partner has been having some financial trouble while also looking for cheaper commuting options over paying tons in gas and/or tickets for the bus and trains. I’ve decided this is the perfect excuse to gift her that reliable option above and upgrade my own rides to the latest Max G3 Plus Electric Scooter that has extremely top-quality upgrades – and it’s currently down at $1,199.99 shipped from a $1,500 MSRP.
Among some of my favorite features is the suite of smart functionality and security it offers that includes Apple Find My, Bluetooth AirLock auto-unlocking, an anti-theft motor lock and alarm for abnormal movement or tampering, turn-by-turn navigation from the full-color TFT display, as well as caller ID notifications, and more. From there, it provides up to 56 miles of travel at up to 28 MPH – plus, the fast-charging system can have it back to full in around four hours – long before I clock out from work and need to hop on it since using it in the morning.
Anker eufy SoloCam S220 Solar Security Camera
I’ve been worried about my home security more and more lately, and the first of my two upgrades in that circle is going to be with the affordable Anker eufy SoloCam S220 Solar Security Camera that has multi-camera bundle options – with everything starting from $56.99 shipped. What I particularly like here is that I don’t need to go through the trouble of hardwiring it, as the onboard solar panel only needs about three hours of sunlight daily to continue running for up to 28 hours. From there, I get clear 2K video – even at night – and don’t have to pay hidden or subscription fees to get it running.
Anker eufy Smart Lock C220
The other part of my home defense I can’t wait to have is Anker’s Smart Lock C220 that is down at a $90 low right now. Not only does it secure my door, but most importantly, it gives me six different ways to get inside should I ever get locked out or lose my keys while I’m away from home – not to mention makes letting cat sitters in easier than hiding and hoping the keys are found.
With it, I (or someone I trust) can gain access to my home with a traditional key, but even better, with a fingerprint, with the keypad entry, through the companion app, from an Apple Watch, or through Alexa or Google Assistant. Like the above camera, there are no hidden fees or subscriptions to pay to access this suite of options.
