Amazon is currently offering the Arlo Pro 2 Three-Camera Home Security System for $449.99 shipped. That’s good for a $100 discount from the going rate and matches the Amazon all-time low. Today’s price drop is only the second time that we’ve seen it drop below $460. One of Arlo’s best features is its free seven-day cloud DVR, but its Pro 2 system comes with much more. Each of the three cameras sports 1080p recording, water-resistance, advanced motion detection, completely wireless connection, and more. Over 2,900 customers have left a 4.1/5 star rating.

This Arlo Pro 2 system is as high-end as it gets. So if you don’t need all of the premium features and want to save even more, there are a few notable alternatives to consider. The $230 Arlo Pro Two-Camera System is a more affordable way to bring home a similar setup. The major tradeoff here is that the cameras only record in 720p, though you’ll still be getting many of the other features. 

Those seeking a standalone camera can look no further than the $106 Arlo Q. It rocks 1080p video feed, though it lacks the wireless and water-resistant design that the Arlo Pro 2 cameras carry. Both options of course still carry Arlo’s famed seven-day free cloud DVR and a great options.
