Best Buy takes $120 off new iMacs, deals as low as $880 with .edu email

Today only, Best Buy is offering each of the five standard configuration 2014 iMac models at a discount of $120. Anyone with access to a .edu email address can save an additional $100, which drops the entry level 21.5-inch model down to $879.99 with free shipping. The larger screen 27-inch model is also available starting at $1,679.99 (or $1,579.99 w/ .edu).

If you have access to a .edu e-mail address, simply head over to this special promo page, submit your email address, and then Best Buy will email you a unique promo code.

A reminder, these iMacs do not include an optical drive. If you are planning on using CDs or DVDs with your new iMac, Best Buy also offers the Apple SuperDrive External USB DVD +/- RW drive for $69.99 shipped (Reg. $79).
