Free Xbox Live Gold Games for November: Pneuma Breath of Life, Dungeon Siege III, more

It’s almost November and that means it’s time for Microsoft to reveal the next month’s list of freebies for the Games with Gold Program. There will be four games available on Xbox One and 360 in November. With backwards compatibility launching this month, that means Xbox One users will be able to take advantage of all four titles. If you don’t already have a Xbox Live membership, be sure to grab a 12-month pass so you can take full advantage of all the benefits of the service. First up, Pneuma: Breath of Life (Reg. $20) will be available throughout the whole month. This is “an enthralling first person puzzler putting gamers’ minds to the test in a visually stunning world”. It has garnered a nearly 4/5 star rating from over 1,100 Xbox gamers.

Next, Knight Squad (Reg. $15) will hit on November 15th and will be available for the following 30 days. Xbox 360 titles for this month include: DiRT 3 (Reg. $25) during the first half of the month, and Dungeon Siege III (Reg. $20) through the last two weeks. Each of these titles will be available as a part of the new backwards compatibility feature on Xbox One which is set to launch on November 12th. To download, simply visit the game page and sign in with your Xbox Live account. The game will then show up in your “My games & apps”.

Don’t forget, if you purchase Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, all four GOW Xbox 360 titles will be available for free to play on Xbox One with backwards compatibility.
