The electric bike market is quickly expanding with new options each month, it seems. However, finding the right fit for your situation can be a daunting task. Klever, a brand out of Europe, has introduced a new line of e-bikes designed to fit your exact needs. Dubbed the ‘X Electric Bike’, the company is using a proprietary drive system that promises to be quieter without sacrificing power. It does it by separating the propulsion system from the drivetrain (unlike most eBike manufacturers). This results in noise levels under 50dB, amongst the quietest on the market today.
Klever has four new models available in its X line with different needs in mind. Its motors start at 250W and top out at a whopping 600W that is capable of reaching speeds of 28mph. Additional features include a built-in LCD display with Bluetooth connectivity and a theft-deterent system. Prices start at around $3,700 and go up from there, making this one of the more pricey e-bikes that we’ve covered.
