In today’s best game/app deals, Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag is available for $30 on 360, PS3 and Wii U. That’s $30 off the regular price and matches the lowest we’ve ever seen the game go for.

For those interested in the Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Limited Edition version for Xbox 360, Microsoft Store has that package for $60 shipped (Reg. $120), which is the lowest we’ve seen by around $30. Inside you get an 18″ assassin statue, an embroidered 28″x 48″ flag, exclusive 80-page art book, steelbook game case and game soundtrack, and the main game itself.

Microsoft Store is also having a sale on other games and gaming accessories right now. Most notably it’s offering the PC version of Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition for $5 (Reg. $40).
