MacBook and iPad cases are a dime a dozen now. There are plenty of options to protect your cherished device. But what about for those that are looking for a little more style? Blackbox Case executes a simple design with near perfection, the materials are top-notch and most important your gear feels safe. A soft fabric lines the inside of each product to protect your screen and aluminum case from scratches or cuts. There is a small leather band that loops over the top to keep your iPad or MacBook locked into place during travel. Small black rubber pads lift the case off of the table ever so slightly. Each model is available in natural bamboo or Blackbox’s special “carbo” finish which brings a warmth out of the wood.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been enjoying a Blackbox Case for my iPad Air 2. It’s different from many of the other options that we’ve got our hands on. The product feels rock solid and provides a nice juxtaposition to the materials of my Apple products.
