Staples offers the Apple iPad Air 2 in 64GB flavor in Gold/Silver/ Space Gray for $449 with free shipping os site to store. That’s $150 off the retail price and the lowest price we’ve seen on it new from a reputable retailer. It offers full iOS 9 compatibility including split view and picture in picture (the only current Apple product to do so). Apple’s iPad Air 2 features a 9.7-inch Retina multi-touch display with a 2048×1536 resolution, it also has an A8X chip, M8 motion coprocessor, 8MP iSight camera with 1080p HD recording capabilities and Touch ID.
Apple is not expected to update the iPad 2 at the event next week but it may have a price drop. That said, we feel like at most it will be $100 less this week, meaning this is still $50 less.
