iTunes $0.99 HD Rentals (Reg. $5): Sicario, Prometheus, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, much more

iTunes has launched a $0.99 HD Rental promotion that has over 30 titles available for your viewing pleasure. These rentals typically go for $5. This is perfect timing as we head into the weekend, so grab some popcorn and kick back with a movie night.

Our top pick from this sale is Sicario (iTunes or Amazon), the crime-thriller drama released in 2015. This popular film stars Emily Blunt, Benico del Toro and Josh Brolin as they battle the Mexican drug cartel.

Other notable rentals in this sale:

After rising through the ranks of her male-dominated profession, idealistic FBI agent Kate Macer (Emily Blunt) receives a top assignment. Recruited by mysterious government official Matt Graver (Josh Brolin), Kate joins a task force for the escalating war against drugs. Led by the intense and shadowy Alejandro (Benicio Del Toro), the team travels back-and-forth across the U.S.-Mexican border, using one cartel boss (Bernardo Saracino) to flush out a bigger one (Julio Cesar Cedillo).
