Cool back-to-school lunch boxes from $15

It’s mid-July, so a lot of parents are starting to think about back to school supplies. One of the items that causes the most discussion in our house is the lunch box. For kids, it’s a lot of pressure. Do they go trendy with something like a Star Wars Solo one? It’s popular right now, but will that be lame come March?

Do you go with a retro option with hopes to get some nice comments from teachers and staff members? For a kid, it’s a big choice. As someone who works in a school, I consider myself an expert in lunch box selection. If you are wanting to make a big splash when school hits, here are some unique ones:

Fred E.M.T Lunch Box – ($21)

This lunch box will certainly keep all your food ready to eat, and it will certainly turn some heads. It has a mesh interior pouch to keep your cold items cold.

Spam Large Lunch Box – $17

Did you grow up eating SPAM? Personally, I’ll take spam in my inbox over my plate. If you want your kids to know how lucky they are vs how hard you had it, this SPAM lunchbox will be a daily reminder. It’s not insulated, so you’ll want to use ice packs to keep things cold.

Fender Lunch Box – $15

Did you grow up rocking hard? Do you want to remind your kids that you are super cool? This Fender Amp lunch box will be a daily reminder of how cool their parents really are.

VW Camper Lunch Box – $29

Of all the lunch boxes I’ve come across, this VW Camper one is my favorite. I am a little partial because VW makes multiple cars in my hometown. This lunch tote is modeled after the 1965 VW camper bus with a surfboard handle for easy transportation.

Minecraft Lunch tote – $24

My kids are obsessed with Minecraft. If they had their way, they’d spend their entire summer watching Minecraft videos or playing it. Send your kids back to school with this fun lunchbox. You can add on a Minecraft thermos for $18 as well.

Frosted Donut Lunch Tote – $15

Kids love donuts, but they’ll go nuts for this lunch tote. This BigMouth branded lunch box will be the hit of the cafeteria. It’s crush resistant, so it’ll stay in perfect shape even as your kids throw it around their backpack and locker.
