Amazon offers the Synology 802.11ac Dual-Band Wireless Router for $99.99 shipped. Also at B&H. Originally $150, it’s been selling for closer to $125 lately with today’s deal being a new Amazon all-time low. This model from Synology offers 802.11ac speeds across both 2.4 and 5GHz frequencies, along with four gigabit ethernet ports. Rated 3.5/5 stars.

Those without the need for a robust dashboard may want to look at this $30 alternative from ASUS. You’ll still get the 802.11ac speeds, but features like integrated VPN services will not be present.

Synology Router features:

  • Simultaneous dual-band at 2.4GHz & 5GHz for up to 1900Mbps
  • Robust coverage with Beamforming Support
  • Application layer Quality of Service (QoS) allows total control of your network environment
  • Intuitive Parental Control with built-in DNS-based web filter
  • Revolutionary interface – Synology Router Manager (SRM) & DS router
  • Perfect companion for your Synology NAS with Wake-on-LAN over QuickConnect
