Amazon is offering the Sony PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset (2018 model) for $72.94 shipped. Originally $100, it dropped down to $80 at most retailers back in mid-August and is now at the Amazon all-time low. While we have seen it go for a few bucks less from stores like Rakuten, this is currently the best deal around. It features companion app support for custom-made audio profiles and a hidden noise-cancelling microphone. More than 60% off Amazon reviewers left a 4+ star rating.

As far as comparisons go, this Sony headset is quite affordable. However, you will find options from Turtle Beach, Logitech and HyperX for even less.

Just keep in mind, Sony recently unveiled the new white set which will be releasing sometime this month for $99.99. Not to mention the upcoming HyperX Cloud MIX gaming headset that transforms into Bluetooth headphones.
