When is Black Friday at Staples?
Black Friday lands on November 23rd, 2018. In the past Staples has opted to stay closed through Thanksgiving, not opening their doors until 7AM on Friday morning. If last year was any indication, customers will be able to take advantage of savings by shopping online at Staples. We predict these deals will go live on Thanksgiving Day.
Free shipping at Staples
Staple’s free shipping minimum is much higher than Amazon and Best Buy, requiring you to spend $50 or more. One plus side here is that Staples offers its Rewards Members free next-day delivery when you hit that threshold, rather than the typical three to five days.
Will Staples be open on Thanksgiving?
No. Staples will be closed on Thanksgiving just as it has been for the past several years.
Score Black Friday Savings at Staples
Staples Black Friday discounts will be available to all shoppers, regardless of if you’re a Rewards Member or not. Though signing up for a free Staples Rewards account will net you up to 5% back on your purchase.
When will the Staples Black Friday ad be released?
Back in 2017, it wasn’t until November 8th that the Staples Black Friday ad was released. Head back to 2016 and we got a look at the ad on November 6th. For 2018, it is pretty safe to say that by the second week November we’ll have seen what Staples will be offering come Black Friday.
Will Staples have Doorbusters for Black Friday?
No. In the past few years Staples has forgone doorbuster deals. All of the retailer’s discounts will begin on Thanksgiving for those shopping online and at 7AM on Friday for in-store customers.
Does Staples offer price matching during Black Friday?
Yes. Staples does in fact offer a price match guarantee. While they advertise offering up to a 110% match, there’s one caveat here. You will actually have to head into your local Staples location to take advantage. Staples online unfortunately does not price match the competition.
What will be discounted during Staples Black Friday?
Staples will have a wide selection of tech and office supplies on sale. In past years we’ve seen everything from competitive offers on the latest iPad to discounted hard drives, Chromecast, Mac accessories and much more. There’s also printers, software packages like Office 365 and discounted office chairs. So expect much of the same this time around in 2018.
