Special Super Mario Party + Red and Blue Joy-Con Bundle sees rare deal at $69 (Reg. $100)

One of this year’s special Mario Day hardware releases from Nintendo back in March was the Super Mario Party + Red & Blue Joy-Con Bundle. It, as the name suggests, includes a pair of vibrant red and blue Joy-Con (not the usual neon set) as well as a digital copy of Super Mario Party. It debuted for $100 about 4 months ago and is now sitting at the lowest price have tracked with a $69 shipped deal price as part of the big Walmart Prime competitor sale. There were a couple third-party drops at Amazon, as well as a deal at $79 previously, but this is the best price we have tracked. 

There are a few ways to look at the value on offer here. Firstly, this is in some ways a Nintendo collectible with the special bundle packaging. Next, this is a special Joy-Con colorway, not one you can just go on the Nintendo site and buy on their own. And Lastly, considering a pair of Joy-Con essentially sell for between $69 and $79 on their own (they rarely ever go on sale), you’re basically getting a free copy of Super Mario Party with this deal – a regularly $60 title.
