Today’s $100 price drop is on par with the best prices we have tracked all year at Amazon outside of the Prime Day offer early last month that had most sets down at $98 shipped. But you’re clearly not going to to be spending all that much more here today if you missed out on those Prime-only offers.
It also worth pointing that, while we have seen the basic there colorways down at $100 a number of times since release, seeing a straight 50% drop on the black set with the hits of gold accents is far more rare. This set did fall to the $98 Prime Day low as well, but it doesn’t often drop below $129 otherwise.
While they might not be as exciting a release as something like the new Sony XM6 case we absolutely adore, they are also a fraction of the price – the XM6 will cost you $348 more than the Solo 4s will.
