Official Nintendo holiday game sale now live at up to 85% off: Hades II, Mega Man, Mario, Star Wars, more

Just after seeing $50 price drops go live on the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle again this morning, Nintendo has now announced (and launched) its Hits for the Holidays Sale. The annual eShop sale event delivers hundreds of price drops on both Switch and Switch 2 games, and it is now live with as much as 85% in savings

Official Nintendo eShop holiday game sale now live

The Hits for the Holidays Sale is now live from today through January 4 at 11:59 p.m. PT. It combines a series of publisher sale events (Capcom, Supergiant Games, and more) on the eShop with some first-party titles to gives folks a chance to shore up their catalogue to enjoy during the holidays.

While some of these titles have sold for less in physical form, most of the titles up for grabs right now are at the current lowest prices and if you’re looking to enjoy them during your time off, getting physical titles delivered on time isn’t going to be easy at this point. 

Whether you’re hunting for last-minute gifts or treating yourself to something new, stock up on games for Nintendo Switch, including Princess Peach: Showtime!and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom. Save on games like New Super Mario Bros. U DeluxeFire Emblem Engage Bundle (Game + Expansion Pass)Just Dance 2026 Edition – Ultimate Edition and more.
