PSA: Lock in the extremely rare deal on latest Philips Hue Bridge Pro before it’s gone for good

If you’re quick, you can still lock in the extremely rare deal price on the latest Philips Hue Bridge Pro. As part of its wide-ranging May sale event, Crutchfield is delivering a chance to actually save some cash on this thing and you can still lock it in.

We featured this same deal earlier this week as part of the May Black Friday sale at Crutchfield – it has been quite popular to say the least. The Philips Hue Bridge Pro was once quite hard to even find in stock, never mind on sale (it is completely out of stock on the official site at the time of writing).

While the Crutchfield listing is now on backorder, you can still lock in the discounted rate at $79.19 shipped. The regularly $99 unit is almost never marked down so, while you might have to wait a bit longer, it might also be smart to secure the discounted unit as soon as possible – there is a limit of three per customer.

It is readily available at Amazon these days, but you’ll be paying the full $99 there, just like you have had to for several months. The Philips Hue Bridge Pro has never gone on sale at Amazon even once, save for a couple small drops by way of third-party sellers.

While we can’t know if there will be deal in the future, there hasn’t been really any before this Crutchfield deal and it’s hard to say if, when, or where there will be another one again.

The Philips Hue Bridge Pro debuted last September to upgrade the previous-ten with a serious of enhancements and new features:

  • Supports 150+ lights, 50+ accessories
  • Use lights as motion sensors with MotionAware
  • Unlocks Hue Sync surround lighting and security integration
  • Compatible with Apple Home, Alexa, Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings
  • Advanced encryption with Zigbee Trust Center
