Just like every major product launch – most recently Switch 2 – we were able to help thousands of folks land a pre-order with as little hardship as possible and we are here to do the same for GTA 6.
Arguably the biggest product launch of the year, or in years, or quite possibly ever, sites will likely be crashing as pre-orders go live. You’ll want to stay locked to our X (Twitter) feed as we will be constantly pushing links and updates on live listings throughout the night.
Pre-order will go live at midnight tonight local time (Midnight on June 25, 2026)
Here’s what you need to know:
Bookmark the following pages so you can navigate straight to the relevant listings to get going without wasting time searching – we will update these links the second the actual GTA 6 pre-order listings are live:
- Grand Theft Auto 6 pre-order at Amazon (Live at midnight local time)
- Grand Theft Auto VI pre-order at Walmart (Live at midnight local time)
- Grand Theft Auto 6 pre-order at GameStop (Live at midnight local time)
It is, of course, a good idea to ensure your account with retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and GameStop is logged in with your payment details and shipping address are already saved (you should leave your options open in terms of which retailer you pre-order with – you might be able to get through checkout on one and not the other).
While some (a ton) of folks are not happy about the idea that the standard physical copy of GTA 6 has no disc, and understandably so, I happen still want the box, and you can also pre-order/secure your copy at retailers like Amazon without paying until it ships – if you need time to save up for the premium $80 list price or $100 on the Deluxe edition, a physical copy is ideal as you’ll need to spend all that money tonight for a purely digital edition.
Also the box, don’t you want the box anyway? I guess that’s dumb to some folks, but I certainly want it – a new GTA release is far and few between.
