Apple has raised the price across the latest M5 MacBook Air lineup, as I’m sure you know by now. But if you are looking to land one this summer, there’s no need to pay the hiked up prices straight from Apple – Amazon has a couple configurations at $150 less, and B&H is now the only place we can find to land the base model 15-inch at $150 off. Details below.
These are the three configurations you can score right now at $150 under the new list prices:
- 13-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/1TB from $1,449 (Reg. $1,599)
- 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/512GB from $1,349 (Reg. $1,499)
- 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/1TB from $1,649 (Reg. $1,799)
That base 16GB/512GB model above – the most affordable 15-inch Apple makes, is now sitting at $150 off the list price courtesy of B&H.
This particular deal is only live on the Midnight colorway, but it is now undercutting the prices on this same machine at both Amazon and Best Buy for the best deal around on the least pricey 15-inch there is.
No one wanted these price hikes, that’s for sure, but they aren’t likely to let up anytime soon, and these $150 price drops are solid “deals” with that in mind – some configurations are hard to even find in stock at any price less than the new MSRP. Catching a current-generation MacBook Air at $150 off is, and has been, a solid discount for years, despite this one being a little bit more bitter sweet that any of us would like.
