New Google Pixel 10a goes up for pre-order today: Deals, details, and more

The new Google Pixel 10a goes up for pre-order today at 10 a.m. ET. You’ll find the new, more affordable, entry-level series 10 Pixel handset available for pre-order directly from the Google Store and, more than likely, at Best Buy and Amazon shortly thereafter. Just be sure to hold off until all of the best offers are available – details below.

Google Pixel 10a pre-orders now live

Pre-orders will go live this morning, but you might want to hold off, at least for a little while to see if offers at Best Buy and Amazon are any better.

We are expecting some bonus trade-in values available here – Best Buy tends to offer some enhanced values to draw customers away from the Google Store and Amazon can also sometimes deliver some bonus gift card offers and the like on new Google Pixel releases, but it is hard to say at this point considering this is the more affordable a series drop.

We will update this post with the most enticing offers as soon as they go live.

As reported by our cohorts at 9to5Google, users who sign up on the Google Store home page are apparently receiving targeted discount codes to use towards Pixel 10a pre-orders – anywhere from $50 off up to $150 off. We have not received these codes just yet, so we can definitely corroborate, but it could be a sign we will see gift cards offers and the like at Best Buy and Amazon. Stay tuned, and we recommend not pulling the trigger on a pre-order until listings have arrived at major retailers (especially if you haven’t received a code from Google).

Updating…

Originally expected to launch in four coloways: Obsidian, Lavender, Berry, and Fog (a sort off-white treatment), we know for sure it will hit in a sort of indigo blueish-purple vibe, not unlike we see on the base Pixel 10 handset.

As for the specs on the new Pixel 10, early leaks spotted over at 9to5Google, confirmed well ahead of time we will be seeing a 2424 x 1080 display, a 5,100 mAh battery, 48MP/13MP rear cameras, 13MP front-facing camera, IP68 dust/water resistance, Android 16 out of the box, and 128GB of storage on the starter tier.
