The new Star Fox game for Switch 2 was officially unveiled yesterday afternoon in a surprise Nintendo Direct presentation. After weeks of rumors it was releasing this summer, we finally got official confirmation and it is indeed launching on Switch 2 next month.
And much like we saw with Yoshi and the Mysterious Book and Splatoon Raiders, it is hitting store shelves and digital storefronts with different MSRPs:
- Star Fox Switch 2 physical $60
- Star Fox Switch 2 digital $50
- Yoshi and the Mysterious Book $60 (Reg. $70)
- Splatoon Raiders $50 (Reg. $60)
The digital version is launching with a $50 MSRP while the physical copy is landing at $60. Today, however, at Walmart, the physical version is available for pre-order at $49.99 – that’s $10 off and likely the best deal we will see before the late June release date.
