This new Segway Max G3 Plus e-scooter comes as an upgraded descendant of the flagship Max G3 model, sporting a larger battery that increases its travel range, higher peak power, improved braking, greater safety features, and more.
To start, the Max G3 Plus has an 850W motor, which is the same nominal power as the Max G3, though it does peak at a higher 2,200W output. What’s more, the 717Wh battery powers things for up to 56 miles of riding at up to 28 MPH. You also won’t have to wait around forever for the battery to charge up, as the fast-charging system only takes around four hours, or you can take advantage of its dual input charging to cut that time down to three hours. It should also be of no surprise that it comes with a premium suite of smart features, including Apple Find My, Bluetooth AirLock auto-unlocking, an anti-theft motor lock and alarm for abnormal movement or tampering, turn-by-turn navigation from the full-color TFT display, as well as caller ID notifications, and more.
You’ll definitely be thoroughly seen when riding at darker hours, as it has 360-degree lighting that includes front and rear turn signaling, underglow lighting, a 430 Lumen headlight, and a taillight with brake lighting. For braking, you’ll have both front and rear double-action piston disc brakes, as well as a rear electronic brake system. Other features include front and rear double hydraulic suspension, 11-inch self-sealing puncture-resistant tires, an IPX6 water-resistance construction, the brand’s traction control system, stability enhancement system, and more.
