Lectric has launched its Labor Day Sale with up to $645 savings on e-bike bundles, two models of which get an additional $100 price cut, and also 15% off extra batteries, which are all running parallel to the XPress2 extra battery bundle backorder flash sale. Among the offers, one of the best commuting bundles here is the 49-pound XP Lite2 Long-Range Folding e-bike with a $469 FREE bundle at $999 shipped, or the upgraded JW belt-drive e-bike with the same bundle at $1,099 shipped. These bundles would run you $1,468 or $1,568 at full price, and comes in as the second-largest bundle we’ve seen this year behind the previous back-to-school offer. The bundled gear includes a rear cargo rack, fender set, Elite headlight, a suspension seat post, a comfort saddle, and water-resistant pannier bags for a bolstered carrying capacity. If you don’t care about the bundled gear, you can find the standard XP Lite2 e-bikes for $799 shipped, while the standard XP Lite2 JW Black Belt Drive model goes for $899 shipped. You can browse the full Labor Day Sale lineup below.
You spend most of the year working hard, so why not take less work out of your commute? With the lightweight Lectric XP Lite2 e-bikes at just 49 pounds, it’s far easier to manage carrying, not to mention the folding frame making storage less of a headache. The long-range model is, in my opinion, the better bang-for-your-buck option, as you get all the bundled gear mentioned above, as well as a larger 672Wh battery for up to 80 miles of travel on each full charge at up to 20 MPH. Of course, the standard e-bike is still fully capable with up to a 45-mile range at the same speed, but doesn’t have the convenient carrying capacity of the long-range bundle.
Despite which of the models you ultimately choose, you’ll be getting shared features that include puncture-resistant 20×2.5-inch slick tires with a 3mm Hippo Skin liner and pre-slimed tubes, hydraulic mineral oil brakes, BMX-style folding handlebars, a full color LCD screen with a USB-A port, and more.
If you want the most premium variant of either model, the XP Lite2 JW e-bikes take the game a step further with an upgraded Gates Carbon Belt Drive system, which not only operates at much quieter and smoother levels (not to mention being oil-free), but it also provides a longer and more efficient lifespan than a chain-drive system, too.
