Alongside one of the best prices ever on Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 at $179, Amazon has also dropped Sony’s latest WF-1000XM6 noise-canceling earbuds to $258 shipped. These only launched earlier this year at $330 as Sony’s newest flagship set, so today’s deal takes $72 off for a solid 22% discount. It also marks the lowest price we’ve tracked yet, landing $8 below the previous low from earlier this year. Both the black and white finishes are down to the same $258 price right now, so be sure to snag the one you prefer after getting more details below.
Sony’s WF-1000XM6 are the brand’s latest flagship earbuds, and the biggest reason to look at them is still the noise cancellation. Sony has improved the processing and microphone setup again here, helping them do a better job cutting down everything from traffic and office chatter to the low hum you get on planes and trains. Call quality has also been improved, which makes them a better all-round pair if you use your earbuds for both music and work. You’re also getting the usual flagship extras like multipoint connectivity, transparency mode, adaptive sound controls, customizable EQ, and support for higher-quality wireless audio.
