Target officially announces early Black Friday sale start time, more

It is that time of year when the mayor retailers start to serve up details on upcoming holiday shopping plans, and today we are getting our information on the upcoming Target Black Friday sale.

Today, the national retailer issued a press release regarding some basic details on some of the gear it will have on sale this holiday season and the usual “thousands of gifts priced at $5 and under,” thing, but there are some useful details in here.

There’s nothing overly remarkable or unexpected here as far as the very light sneak peek at upcoming deals:

  • 100% cashmere (excluding functional trim) starting at $25
  • pajamas for all from $10
  • festive decor from $5
  • faux fur throws at $30
  • top toys from LEGO, Barbie and Nintendo
  • new and exclusive gifts from prestige
  • emerging and global beauty brands at Target Beauty Studio
  • nostalgic sweet treats and host gifts from Favorite Day

It did, however, deliver some details on its holiday deal plans and the dates for the big Target Early Black Friday sale. Target will be bringing back its Deals of the Day starting on November 1, to deliver a new set of discounts every single day through December 24 and the Target Early Black Friday sale will start on November 5 and run through December 7.

From there we can expect “new limited-time offers every weekend throughout the holiday season,” before it, presumably, launches another early event ahead of the proper Target Black Friday sale. Stay tuned.
