      I paid the $5 and in the first corse I tried to load I get the message “This video has failed to be encoded for web viewing.”

      This seems like a rip off. Beware…

        I contacted support and they replied within 5 minutes that they are working on the problem…So that is a good sign.

        Still no videos…I emailed them again and still no response 1 day later.
