If there is one trend for the cool weather season that we are big fans of, it’s Sherpa jackets, pullovers and vests. Not only are they extremely comfortable, they’re also fashionable and add warmth to your wardrobe for fall. If you’re on the hunt for one of these items, the market is full of options. From top retailers like The North Face, Nordstrom and many more, loads of top brands have come out with their own versions. That’s why today we are rounding up our favorites below.
If you’re looking for a great sherpa piece at a reasonable price, Orvis has an abundance of options for men and women. The Stowe Fleece Vest is unisex and a perfect layering option for cool weather. Its split leather patches and trim add a luxurious touch to this vest and it also features two zippered pockets as well as a chest pocket to store small essentials. If you’re looking for a long sleeve option, it’s also available in the Stowe Fleece Jacket.
Another retailer that has a variety of Sherpa options is Abercrombie. For women, one of my favorite styles is the Gingham Sherpa Half-Zip Pullover. I personally own this pullover and it’s extremely comfortable. It fits a touch oversized, which is perfect to wear with leggings or jeans alike. This pullover also features a kangaroo pouch to keep your hands warm in cool weather. Rated 4.4/5 stars and is priced at $78.
A very similar gingham option for men is Abercrombie’s Sherpa-Lined Full Zip Jacket. It features a hood, heavy fabric to keep you warm as well as two hand pockets. Plus, it’s on sale for just $59.
One of my favorite styles for men is The North Face Campshire Vest that’s a great option for when temperatures drop. It’s available in eight colors and priced at just $69.
You can style this vest in an abundance of ways including under flannel shirts, long-sleeve tees, sweatshirts and more. Plus, its high-neck is sherpa lined to help keep cool wind out when you’re enjoying outdoor adventures.
Finally, Old Navy has really stepped up their game when it comes to on-trend pieces and the men’s Sherpa-Lined Denim Jacket is a must-have. This jacket looks very similar to a style from the Justin Timberlake and Levi’s collaboration. However that style is priced at $148 and Old Navy’s jacket is only $60. The sherpa lining on this jacket will help to provide warmth in cool weather, without compromising style. Old Navy also has this style in a women’s option for $55.
