GameStop began taking in-store preorders for Wave 6 retro 3-pack amiibo this past weekend. Pre-orders are first come, first served, one pack per customer, and quantities are expected to be limited. This announcement comes on the heels of the release of Amazon-exclusive Palutena on July 27 and Best Buy-exclusive Dark Pit on July 31. The rest of Wave 6—Zero Suit Samus, Ganondorf, Dr. Mario, Bowser Jr., and more —are expected to hit shelves in September. According to Nintendo, two versions of the 30th Anniversary Mario edition amiibos (classic andmodern) will also make an appearance.
