Amazon’s Fire TV streaming media players are each receiving Prime Day discounts from $25

Amazon is discounting its entire lineup of Fire TV streaming media players this morning as a part of its Prime Day celebration. The standalone 4K model is down to $69.99, which is a 30% savings off the regular price and the best we’ve ever seen. The Amazon Fire TV streaming media player offers support for 4K Ultra HD video thanks to a quad-core processor and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. It also has 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 128GB. Rated 4.2/5 stars by over 13,000 Amazon customers.

The Fire TV gaming bundle with a controller, two games and a 32GB microSD card is also on sale for $110 (Reg. $140). If you’re looking to cut the cord (not that hard!), the HD Antenna bundle has dropped to $80 (Reg. $110).

Need a slimmer design with all the features? Amazon’s Fire TV Stick is discounted down to $25 (Reg. $40).

Use your savings to add a bunch of new titles to your movie collection. Amazon is taking up to 50% off a selection of digital downloads. You can buy Deadpool in HD for just $6.99 (Reg. $15).

Amazon Fire TV now brings you 4K Ultra HD streaming capability, giving you a best-in-class television experience with true-to-life picture quality when used with compatible 4K Ultra HD TVs—something Apple TV and Chromecast don’t support. Your 4K TV must support minimum HDCP requirements for protected content playback. Amazon Fire TV is built to support High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC) delivering more 1080p high-definition streams from Amazon Video than ever before—even if you don’t own a 4K TV. HEVC is approximately 2x more efficient at encoding video than the current industry standard, which means less bandwidth is needed to deliver high-quality video streams. As a result, the majority of Fire TV customers will now experience more high-quality, 1080p streams from Amazon Video.
