The portable Bluetooth speaker market is very crowded, with nearly every audio company offering some iteration vying for your ears. Today, Bowers & Wilkins is introducing the latest offering to its line of high-quality music products, but this time its added a feature previously not utilized by the Worthing, England based company.

The new T7 model includes Bluetooth audio for the first time in a portable build that will most likely have many flocking to purchase B&W’s latest product. Check out the video below to see Bowers & Wilkins’ look at on-the-go audio.

The Bowers and Wilkins T7 portable Bluetooth speaker certainly has a look that will set itself apart from the competitors. Featuring a Micro Matrix design, which is also found in its high-end studio speakers, those honeycombs are for more than looks, they also reduce vibration and distortion. Additionally, the T7 has twin bass radiators, which B&W claims will “rewrite the rules” of small speaker audio.

With two 50mm driver units and “audiophile grade” electronics, the T7 is built with everything you’d come to expect in a high-quality Bluetooth speaker. Focusing on clear audio, the on-board digital-to-analog converter (DAC) – which we’ve coveredbowers-wilkins-t7-top before – promises “clean and balanced sound” at higher volumes.

The T7 also touts its battery life as one of the defining features of this speaker system, with 18 hours of promised listening time. In addition to Bluetooth audio, Bowers and Wilkins has also included a 3.5mm stereo jack for non-Bluetooth devices.

Available for pre-order today, the T7 from Bowers and Wilkins will cost you $349.99 and is available at Crutchfield to ship on October 30th.
