The North Face has just announced its new store to keep apparel in use longer. Renewed is the name, and it will sell refurbished apparel to extend product life. The new collection of refurbished clothing was designed to be remade to explore. Even better, the apparel in this collection is very budget friendly with prices starting at just $18. Keep scrolling to find our top picks from the new brand.
Here’s how The North Face describes the process of its new initiative:
First, Renewed gear is professionally cleaned and inspected by our partners at The Renewal Workshop. Then, it’s repaired to its original state. Sometimes that means replacing a button or zipper or stitching up a tear from a rough ride. Lastly, it’s quality-checked to ensure it’s up to our standards and then sent back into the world, ready for your next adventure.
For men, one of our favorite items is the Tech Glacier 1/4 Zip Pullover that’s priced at just $26. A perfect layering piece for cool morning jogs or evening hikes. This pullover is available in three color options and will be a go-to for years to come. Another great layering piece in this collection is the Apex Canyon Wall Vest. It features a durable softshell design that makes it easy to add a layer of warmth when the weather cools off without sacrificing mobility. Plus, it’s priced at just $64.
If you’re looking for a new pair of shorts for the summer, the Mountain Shorts are a great option and are priced at $46. They are made of lightweight material that’s breathable and versatile to dress up or down. These shorts also feature a zipped pocket to hold small essentials.
For women, the Pulse Tights are flattering and would be impeccable for summer workouts. The pants are infused with stretch for mobility and are very stylish with a unique print throughout the thigh. Pair these tights with the Adventures Racerback Tank Top that features UPF 30 sun protection. You can wear this outfit on a hike, cycle class, jog and more. Both items are priced under $50.
