As we have been expecting for a while now, Apple has now unleashed this year’s latest iPhones. Three new models are up this year with the iPhone Xs, Xs Max and the Xr. We had the jump on most of these models ahead of today’s keynote event, but we hadn’t heard much from major accessory makers outside of a few. And now, one of our favorites is amongst the first out of the gate this year as WaterField is ready to introduce its newest cover for the 2018 iPhone lineup.

Head below for a closer look at the company’s Fused Suede Case for iPhone Xs, Xs Max and Xr.

Luxury Book iPhone 7 Plus Case

While we are expecting even more WaterField designs to come down the pipeline over the next couple of weeks, its new Fused Suede iPhone sleeve is up first. As usual, the company has tapped in to some premium materials in combination with its usual attention to detail to craft this new cover.

It is made of a 2.4mm dual-layer ultrasuede WaterField describes as a “non-woven material with a luxurious suede texture.” The idea here being that you have an extremely soft sleeve for your precious new handset while leaving you with slim profile in your pocket or bag. It also has one of those plush interiors that apparently cleans the screen every time you take in and out.

In case you were worried, WaterField has added a small cutout along the bottom of the sleeve so you can easily slide a charging cable in there without having to remove your device.

You’ll also find a nice mesh sleeve along the backside to carry smaller accessories, if that’s your kind of thing. I personally would have preferred the case without that entirely, as it seems to break the smooth flow of the design and the overall pleasing aesthetic of the smooth suede look. Having said that, I’m sure there are loads of people out there that would appreciate the built-in wallet and storage it provides.

Another nice little touch here is that WaterField is actually taking orders for its new suede taking into consideration whether or not you’re going to use it with another case. in other words, you can order the new Fused Suede Case in various sizes: naked with no additional case or a little bit larger to accommodate Apple’s official covers.

All four colorways, Ash, Camel, Navy and Red, in all size options go for only $29 and are available right now.

WaterField also wanted us to let you know that its Ranger iPhone case is also available for the new iPhone XS/Max/XR starting from $89. You can read all about the Ranger case right here in our launch coverage.
