This morning, Dyson unveiled a new addition to its ever-growing lineup of products. The new Dyson Pure Hot+Cool fan arrives on the scene as one of the brand’s most high-end offerings. It serves as a follow-up to the original Pure Hot+Cool Link and delivers, you guessed it, both heating and cooling technology. The latest from Dyson is also made to purify the air around you, a topic that has become of national interest following the many wildfires out west. Head below for more.
Dyson Pure Hot+Cool does it all
With winter approaching, there are plenty of reasons to consider picking up a heater this year. But for all of those reasons to reach for a standalone warmer, there are even great justifications for an air purifier.
If you’re like most homes, and mine is, your furnace has sit idle throughout the winter. When it comes to life after this warm spell, it immediately begins spewing dust and other particles into your home. Leaning on an air purification system can help remedy those scenarios, and that’s exactly what the new Dyson Pure Hot+Cool does.
This all-in-one unit is made to keep your space warm in the winter, while also providing cooling during summer. That built-in purification system that I waxed poetic about works year round to rid your home of unhealthy particles.
Ready for these stats? The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool can capture dirt in the air as small as 0.3 microns. Dyson says that some 99.97% of airbone particles are within that range. So basically, this Dyson is here to rid your home of most dirt in the air.
There’s smarts, too
On the front of the unit is a built-in LCD screen, which relays speed, temperatures, and more. The included remote control allows you change settings and from there, Dyson will do all of the work. It will automatically adjust when needed and will even shift into night mode during later hours where it runs quieter. The display also dims at night to help you sleep even more.
To simultaneously purify and heat a whole room properly, the Dyson Pure Hot+Cool™ purifying heater + fan goes beyond standard tests by automatically sensing pollution, capturing ultrafine pollutants, and projecting purified and heated air using Air Multiplier technology. It is the only purifying heater designed and tested to do this.
