The 12 Minute Athlete app for iOS is now FREE on the App Store. While it does go on sale from time-to-time, the regularly $3 app hasn’t gone free like this since way back in 2014. There are some IAPs here, but by the looks of it there is more than enough to get you going without having to drop any extra cash. As the name implies, the app takes you through a high intensity interval training (HIIT) regimen you can do in about 12 minutes each day. Rated 4+ stars from over 470 users all-time.
