While Apple might have a new next-generation AirTag 2 on the way later this year, we are tracking some solid deals for Presidents’ Day on the existing model (as low as $17.50 a pop) and the new Elevation Lab TagVault AirTag Security Cable holder just surfaced on Amazon. The brand, as any avid 9to5Toys reader will already know, is one of, if not, our favorite out there when it comes to Apple AirTag accessories, and its latest solution has arrived with a rugged build and a robust steel braided cable. Now available for purchase starting from $13.99 (or less with a 2- or 4-pack), all of the details are waiting down below.
New Elevation Lab TagVault AirTag Security Cable holder
Elevation Lab makes a ton of different AirTag accessories, from ultra-robust waterproof housings to the new TimeCapsule model that increases the battery life on AirTag to 10 years. But today we are focused on its latest release, the TagVault AirTag Security Cable holder– another ultra rugged housing with a steel braided cable to securely affix an AirTag to your luggage or anything else along those lines.
The brand calls its new solution the “secure AirTag wire cable holder” for a reason. It consists of the main body of the device made of an “ultra-strong fiber reinforced composite” that secures the AirTag by way of a “oversized machined Torx screw” – the T10 driver you’ll need to install or remove locator is included in the packaging. The body of the device is also a waterproof one to safeguard the AirTag from inclement weather and so on.

But on the top of the unit you’ll also find a flexible steel braided cable. That Torx screw is used as a sort of locking mechanism for the steel cable – you’ll need to use the included driver to loop the cable around the zipper or straps on your luggage or other bags, and then again to remove it by the looks of it.
Features at a glance:

As mentioned above, the new Elevation Lab TagVault AirTag Security Cable holder is now available for purchase via the brand’s official Amazon storefront. Singles go for $13.99, but the per holder price drops with the 2-pack at $19.99 or the 4-pack at $24.99 Prime shipped.
