Fresh on the heels of last week’s Pokémon Presents, the release of Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen for Switch and Switch 2, and the official reveal of the new mainline Gen 10 Pokémon Winds and Waves, Nintendo has now officially announced the next IndieWorld showcase.

This year has already brought us a number of Direct presentations from the dedicated Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream show to the Super Mario Galaxy Movie Nintendo Direct as well last month’s February Partner Showcase, but next up is the Indies.
Nintendo has taken to the official Nintendo Today! app this morning to announce the next IndieWorld Direct, and you won’t have to wait much longer for as it is now set to go live world wide on Tuesday March 3, 2026 at the usual 6 a.m. PT/9:00 a.m. ET.
We will of course be here to follow along with you and provide up-to-the-minute updates and details on the announcements. We will update this post with the stream when it becomes available. The show is expected to run for 15 minutes and feature, as I’m sure you already imagined, updates on indie titles for Switch and Switch 2.
