Summer Game Fest 2026 live today: Watch 2 hours of new game reveals and world premieres

We are in the midst of the big summer game showcases now and next up is quite possibly the biggest of them all, Summer Game Fest 2026.

Summer Game Fest 2026

While we are still waiting to see if the rumored June Nintendo Direct will indeed come true, PlayStation has already hosted its hour-long event – headlined by an extended gameplay demo of the new Marvel’s Wolverine game and the official reveal of God of War: Laufey – but today might very well be the biggest and most exciting show of them all.

Summer Game Fest has quickly become, in some ways, the new E3. Combining publishers and game devs across all platforms, the only real question is whether or not Sony, Xbox, and Nintendo are saving all of the biggest announcements and reveals for themselves? This is almost certainly true when it comes to Nintendo, but Geoff Keighley and the Summer Game Fest gang usually have some serious stuff up their sleeves.

Last year’s big Summer Game Fest announcements included the reveal trailer for Resident Evil Requiem, Death Stranding 2, and world premieres of Mouse P.I for Hire, Mafia Old Country, Mina The Hollower, Dying Light The Beast, LEGO Party!, and more. So yeah, no major super first-party stuff, but not too shabby either.

Today we are in for what sounds like two straight hours of reveals, inside details from the devs, and it all starts at 5 p.m. ET – watch it along with us down below and stay tuned for more details on the biggest announcements:
