Amazon is offering the Amazon Echo Dot and Light Rhapsody Alexa voice-controlled Christmas lights for $49.99 shipped. That’s good for $60 off the going rate, is the first price drop on the bundle and for comparison, the lights themselves currently sell for $45. The Echo Dot is as highly-reviewed as ever, but with the lights having just been released, ratings are scarce. On the other hand, different products from the light’s creators are well-reviewed.

Amazon Echo Dot Christmas light bundle features:

  • Echo Dot (2nd Generation) is a hands-free, voice-controlled device that uses Alexa to play music, control smart home devices, make calls, send and receive messages, provide information, read the news, set alarms, read audiobooks from Audible, control Amazon Video on Fire TV, and more
  • All-new Alexa controlled holiday lights
  • Just ask Alexa to set different colors, change themes, add effects, adjust brightness, and turn your holiday lights on/off
  • Supports 25 different colors (e.g. golden yellow, green), 9 themes (e.g. Valentine’s, Mardi Gras), and 4 effects (e.g. steady, glimmer)
  • Connects to your Echo device through Bluetooth. Supports up to 3 strands on Echo (2nd Gen) and Echo Dot, and 4 strands on Echo (1st Gen), Echo Show, Echo Spot, and Echo Plus. Other Echo devices are not currently supported
